You leave us your message on the contact us page or shoot us an email at info@sichui.com. Our team will reply to you within 24 hours.

2. Can I download your catalog?
Yes! Just shoot us an email at info@sichui.com to ask for the latest catalog.

3. How long does it take to ship my order?
Our policy is to ship orders within 72 hours (and we like to beat that whenever we can 🙂)

4. Is every product in your line available for wholesale?
Every single one! But different item will be different MOQ, shoot us an email to learn more.

5. Are there any e-commerce marketplaces I'm not allowed to resell your products on?
No! You can resale of our product on the 3rd party market or your website, retail shop, and you should follow up our MAP price to avoid a price war.

6. Do I need to sign a Reseller Agreement?
Yes, we do have Reseller Agreement and this is signed as part of the process to become our wholesaler.

7. What shipping carriers do you use?
We use several carriers depending on the weight and country including UPS, FedEx, DHL as well as by Sea for larger shipments.

8. What are your payments terms?
Orders are paid for in full at the time and the goods will be shipped out within 48 hours and if any special condition, our team will early inform you and get your permission.

9. What method of payments do you accept?
PayPal, T/T, West Union, Moneygram, etc.

10. Do you have professional size products?

11. Do you offer drop shipping?
Unfortunately, drop shipping functionality is not something we currently provide.
